Return Policy

All full-priced items are eligible for a return within fourteen business days. Items must be unused and unaltered, with the original packaging intact and all labeling still affixed. A copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return.


In the event of a manufacturer defect or issue with flower:



  • Vape cartridges: Within 2 weeks of purchase, with the original receipt, product, and original packaging, if there is a manufacturer defect or the product is damaged when first opened. Moderate to heavily used vape cartridges will not be covered under the exchange policy.
  • Flower or pre-rolls: If mold is found in the product.
  • Pre-rolls: If they are broken or missing when you first open the package.
