Product Availability

Product availability may vary, and all products listed on this Site are subject to change based on stock and supply.

Rise Cannabis makes no guarantees regarding the availability of any products and reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We also do not guarantee that products listed on the Site will always be available for purchase.

Ordering Process

By placing an order on this Site, you confirm that the information you provide (including your name, age, phone number, and two pieces of ID) is accurate.

You further agree that your personal information will be collected, used, and protected in compliance with PIPEDA and **BC’s PIPA.

All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Rise Cannabis.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including, but not limited to:

• Issues with payment processing
• Stock unavailability
• Violations of our policies

Payment and Pricing

Prices for products are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

All applicable GST/PST taxes will be added at checkout in accordance with British Columbia tax regulations.

Payment for orders must be completed through the available methods, and Rise Cannabis reserves the right to refuse any payments or orders deemed suspicious or non-compliant with local regulations.

Order and Pickup Terms

By placing an order on this Site, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms for in-store pickup at Rise Cannabis:

• Orders must be placed online and paid for in full prior to pickup.

• You will receive confirmation once your order has been filled and is ready for pickup.

• Rise Cannabis is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, or third-party courier issues.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing your order, including your legal age, and to ensure the pickup is made by you or someone of legal age.

• Orders must be picked up within 3 days of receiving the order confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the sale.

• When picking up your order, you are required to bring two pieces of valid ID and the credit card used for the purchase for verification purposes. This is in accordance with BC cannabis retail laws.

• Failure to present the required identification or credit card may result in the cancellation of the pickup and the order.

By confirming your order, you accept these terms and conditions.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of cannabis products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless required by law.

However, if a product is defective or does not meet the Cannabis Act standards, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase to resolve the issue.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The request must be made within 14 days of purchase.

• You must provide the original bill of sale and the original packaging.

• At least 50% of the product must remain.

If these conditions are met, you may qualify for a return or exchange.

Failure to meet these conditions will result in the rejection of the return or exchange request.

This policy also complies with BC’s Consumer Protection Act and Cannabis Act guidelines.

Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal or unlawful purpose, including violating the Cannabis Act, Criminal Code of Canada, or any applicable provincial regulations related to cannabis.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, including user accounts, systems, or networks.

• Violate or infringe the intellectual property rights of Rise Cannabis or third parties.

• Post, transmit, or otherwise distribute any harmful or disruptive materials, including malware, viruses, or other malicious software.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Site, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product descriptions, images, and text, are owned by Rise Cannabis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without express written consent from Rise Cannabis.

Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with PIPEDA and BC’s PIPA.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise Cannabis is not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses that arise from your use of the Site, including, but not limited to:

• Delays in service

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, British Columbia.
